Hello, ATRL!
Being a Queen, I always try my hardest to look nice. Unfortunately, I am not immune to gross stuff like breakouts, and I have atopic dermatitis which can make my skin super dry sometimes.
I know there are other people on this site who have these types of problems so I was hoping this would be a nice place to share suggestions and tips on how to have beautiful, radiant skin.
Here's to hoping this thread doesn't flop

I naturally have pretty good skin, but that doesn't stop me from having a gallon of water a day

Avoid fatty/greasy foods, drink plenty of water, no soda (or too much sugar in general), moisturize, wear sunscreen, don't pop pimples, no smoking, limit hot showers, use soft soaps, be careful when you shave, and try not to get too stressed out (probably the hardest).

I use Olay Regenerist.
It helps me keep my skin smooth and prevents me from breaking out.
I use one of the three applicants when I take a shower and put on the Night Moisturizing Treatment before I go to sleep. I can't remember the exact name for the first one and another bottle I use though.
Edit: Wait, the other bottle is Noxzema.

Thanks for the replies so far, guys!
Does anyone have the tea on coconut water? I've heard it's great for your skin.

I had terrible acne since high school. Finally I went to a dermatologist and he prescribed some pills called 'Doryx' along with a topical cream called 'Differin'. Together they work like magic. But as soon as I stop taking them the breakouts come back full force.
I also use Panoxyl soap to wash my face twice daily. Every now and then I use Apricot scrub but I have a special wash cloth for my face so it gets scrubbed whenever I wash my face.

I mainly use St. Ive's Apricot scrub to wash my face.
Sometimes Neutrogena.
Olay has really good facial cleansers too.
For pimples, I have this like heating pulsator thing that I got from CVS and it like melts the pimples away.
A good thing to start using now would be anti-aging products.
It may seem crazy now, but it pays off later.
And sunscreen.
Sunscreen is SO important because it helps reduce sunspots, discoloration, wrinkles, UV rays, the likes.
As for moisturizers, I like to use Studio Moisture Fix by MAC.
It is pricy, but it's well worth it.
It's not greasy at all, it's very smooth and light, and it's like putting silk on your skin.
It leaves my skin extremely soft and it lasts all day for me.

it's detoxifying properties help flush your body and oxidize your cells, making for better circulation, healthier organs and clear skin.
Just like water, coconut water, is an all natural beverage with added health benefits, like clear skin. It’s flash pasteurized and there’s no added sugar or preservatives. The modern diet is loaded with additives and preservatives that create cell damage and can have negative effects on the skin, such as acne or dryness.
After water, it’s the most natural liquid we can consume. It helps keep our skin clear because it aids our body in flushing out all of those netative toxins from our diet. Because it’s natural, drinking coconut water is a preventative measure to help keeping your skin clear and looking beautiful, because you’re avoiding all those toxins and sodas and other synthetic drinks.
Keeping us properly hydrated, is another benefit of coconut water that helps clear our skin.

I might try it.

Coconut water is so nasty though.
Well Vita Coco is.
I didn't like it at all.
I'll have to give it another try.

I've always had naturally good skin or it could be the loads my fiance shoots on it every night. It's a wonderful exfoliate. No seriously, I use the Velocity line by Mary Kay. It's amazing.

My skin is nigh flawless and all I wash my
face with is that white Dove bar soap ****.
I don't get all of the hype for lotions and potions and
eviscerating plant life to get nice skin, tbh. My hands
are soft and I've not used lotion once in my entire life.
I know I sound like I'm bragging, but this is all true...

My skin is naturally smooth but I'm in my teens and I've yet to have my moment of breakouts so I'm just being cautious. I don't want it to happen randomly then be caught off guard.
You can never be too smooth either.

If you drink a lot of water (coconut water is really good for your skin as well) you should see improvements. If you eat a lot of fruit and vegetables it'll also probably help your skin. Moisturizing is very important, and if you can get a moisturizer with an SPF that will help. Exfoliating a few times a week can also improve the condition of your skin (if you have really bad acne DO NOT exfoliate WHATEVER YOU DO)
I use products from Lush (Angels on Bare Skin, Fresh Farmacy, Grease Lightning, Celestial, Ocean Salt, Tea Tree Toning water) and they're my favorite products that I've tried. They can get pretty pricey but it's worth it.

I hope so, cus I need SOME REASON to support Rihs endorsements.
I want to check out Lush products as well. I've never tried them! I have combination skin and big pores around my cheeks and nose. It's so hard to find something that'll fit and work and won't bust my current budget
EDIT: If it works but is pricey as ****.... it's worth it. I just haaaate spending so much trying to find my skin trinity. I got lucky finding my staple for hair products so soon.
