Even at Britney's worst - she's still defines the VMAs. None of Beyonce's VMA performances are memorable or iconic....she means very little to the VMAs aside from revealing her pregnancy there.
At least GaGa had the meatdress and Paparazzi there.
Lady GaGa has done nothing of worth since her 2009 "Paparazzi" performance.
You could say the same about Britney. I'll even give you 2007 because people kept talking about it even though it wasn't positive. She still got people talking.
