OMG, you really are out of touch with the music industry. Are you even based in the UK?

His album has been available for pre order since the beginning of this year.

I like Justin, I even bought the ****ing album instead of Cheryl's (don't kill me Soldiers), but your constant posts in these threads are so delusional.

Beginning of the year? He announced in March

Wasn't there the articles where "Cheryl had double the pre-orders over Justin" and yet Justin is in the lead. His album wasn't on pre-order on iTunes unlike AML. It was released to Amazon and Play.com where he is currently beating her. I would also imagine he is selling more physicals.

But ofc i am delusional right.

That's all i care about

A) The album was available for pre-order since January on HMV, play and Amazon entitled "TBA".

B) Cheryl was selling double the pre-orders on Amazon, but her pre-orders were only a thousand or so, which means he had a few hundred.

C) AML never appeared in the iTunes top albums list as a pre-order, so it clearly wasn't selling that well on pre-orders.

D) Play.com only counts for between 2/3% of the overall albums chart each week.

E) Amazon doesn't always count albums towards the charts (it does with MP3).

F) Cheryl is selling more in the HMV and Asda physical chart.

I'm sure those "TBA" pre-orders aren't the deciding factor here anyway.

How do you know?

Went to HMV and Asda today. They have the charts in there, which they base on first day sales. Went to Tesco too, but Justin was #1 there, and Cheryl was #3.

This is also almost Justin's "debut" album in the UK. I know he's had top 10 albums before but they never really did much for his success, they were only really bought first week by his die hard stans.

The fact they didn't do as well is probably because of the fact he only ever had 1 successful single ("Baby").

Ofc, the reason My Worlds sold as much was because of word of mouth and his increasing relevance in the UK and World. Cheryl on the other hand has been known for over a decade, is one of the biggest stars from the UK, was with the biggest girl band since the Spice Girls, was on XFactor, was married to a England national......and can't even do more than 10k on the 1st day.

And she had CMN. Their truly is no comparison tbh.


I like the Cheryl album. I will buy it, just not this week
