The One That Got Away reference was clearly the two bulls (Sexy and I know It & ?) blocking her from #1 which would've meant the escape from the pressure of getting the record, with the girl (BoB) helping push her there!

Or maybe she had q breakdown and ended up twitching in a wheelchair when it missed #1.
