-I think Beyonce has the most beautiful voice when she's screaming, this girl is just so talented and she knows how to control her voice and cares about LISTENERS. Even when she screams ,she has that melody in her voice that keeps you more interested and you never get annoyed. Her voice is so damn unique and has an excellent quality.

-I only hate Mariah when she screams because of her face expressions ,otherwise she's amazing .The same goes with whitney.lol

But as for Christina . She really makes your ears bleed , because she doesn't hold a reasonable note with them , she just SHOUTS the words after the background vocalists through the whole song.

Example: :The background vocals: "oh baby.." ,XTINA goes: "bayayayayaybyyy". Why don't you just sing it normal and say "baby"?

I'd like to add something about Mariah: her "shaking arms and hands" also annoy me A LOT.
But, like you said, none beats Christina. She screams all the time. I mean, there is time for that. She seems not to know it. Just look her Beautiful performances, for example, and everyone NOT biased can see that.

Well, seems like everyone here hates Xtina's screams.
But I go for Beyonce! But just for some times!

When they get loud or shout - I don't like Beyonce's overkill ad lib, Mariah's and Xtina's facial/hand expressions are amusing but Whitney's mouth bobbing/shaking stands out the most. I only find Beyonce's ad libbing annoying but not much and other then that I'm not bothered, they're exerting themselves when they do that so there's generally going to be some kind of visible body movement or strain.

I never really thought of Christina as screaming, maybe it's because she's so unique. Although I do think that sometimes she tries to hard, like Beyonce. Although "Listen" is a good listen (lol), I think Beyonce is trying way too hard on that song.
