I still have no idea why she never tried the American market. She could have been Japan's first. Aside from Utada, she is the only with a real chance since her English is perfect.

She could have/still potentially could cracked the American market easily. Labels are stupid not to consider acts as...well, frankly, perfect for it as her.

Where The Wild Things Are is a step in the right direction. If VIVID flops, she should definitely consider to try her luck stateside. What has she to lose after all?

VIVID fell to #85 in its second week. I thought it would at least show some longevity.
