How about some of yall actually call your ISPs to see if they are doing this in your area. Some ISPs don't all have the same laws as each other. And you may be lucky to have a ISP other than Comcast or something like AT&T or some other basic one that is not following this standard.

I download my music from the Rhapsody app on my laptop and then take the protection thing off and sync it with my iTunes/iPod. I have Comcast and have never received a letter. Then again, I do download my music from my neighbors WiFi. I guess maybe that's why I haven't received a letter from Comcast. I have my own WiFi but it tweaks at times. I need to buy myself a new router.
