Is my flash player just acting funny or does something just seem "off" with her lip syncing? Something just isn't right, either with the video or the way she looks lip syncing it.

EDIT: It was my version of flash, the version prebundled with the current Chrome developer build is buggy. It looked fine in another browser.
I've only heard 212 by her, and since then all the buzz and news I heard about her and her twitters beefs and so-called dramatic "meltdowns" turned me off to her. But after watching this video and hearing this song for the first time, I am a fan.
