At first I was thinking that they just took a random photo of his person, or even shot one without his consent, but he allowed them to take a photo, and not even sign a contract for it, or looked into who had the right over the photos? And he's a model? One would think the photo would be under their ownership and not his since he agreed to it [it was a verbal consent], but nevertheless should be paying him to use his image.
And why on God's hell did he not look over the contract [if he did sign one], or sign one that stated the picture is under his ownership and they could not use image? He still might have a chance to have all his pictures/ads removed if he didn't sign any paper work/contract tho, but who knows since it was a verbal agreement.
