While his name is tied to several damaging events, he is still very young. One could argue that in time (which is has plenty of) he'll grow out of the messes he's crawled into. On the other hand, the arms of stardom and fame isn't exactly the best setup for maturation (just look at all those strung out Hollywood fools who enjoyed the money and fame when they were much younger and are still ****ing up even worse than before).

There are very few child stars who turned out fine. Most of them have had some type difficulty/rebellion in their career because they were forced to grow up way too fast. While some have gotten their **** together (i.e. Drew Barrymore is the perfect example) - not everyone is able to recover, especially without help or therapy. I do think Chris could get his **** together but as long as people continue to support him, he'll see no reason to fix the way he is and he'll continue to say that he's matured but throw another tantrum a week later.

As much as I wanna hate him for not only beating my queen, but acting like a total dick from then 'til now, I can't.

One, Idk him. But he obviously seems like a **** who needs his head smashed in by the wrong ***** to piss of.
Two, I mean... he's talented and makes good music. That doesn't justify his actions, but hEY.

Three, Due to personal beliefs, I can't "hate" anyone anymore.


But I'm done w/ him, in a way. Rih's name will always be associated with him in some type of twisted way, and vice versa. It's something Ill just have to pay dust from here on out.

Frankly, idk if he'll ever change (He IS a Taurus and they're stubborn as ****) but I wish him the best in his life, even though I want him to disappear off the face of the planet and never ever return.

Why does everyone care so much and why are they so personally invested in his life and if he's mature or not. You either like him or you don't.

Yes, but quite a few of his peers are doing just fine. I'm not saying that means he's supposed to turn out just as well, but rather that this may not be the best explanation for the way he behaves. While I agree that there's a lot more going on when you're a child star, I don't really feel like his early fame had much to do with his behaviour, to be honest. Maybe his cockiness, but not his temper.

And so did Rihanna. Her dad did drugs, broke her mother's nose, etc. and people call her an alcoholic ***** for partying all the time. WHERE is Rih's slack, then?

I think that he's given in to the perception that the media has of him after the incident. Pre-2009 he was the jokester, positive and upbeat. That is his true self. Now he's just given up and has the "F-it, imma be what they say I am" attitude. I don't know what it will take for him to truly mature, once and for all, and brush off negative comments instead of reacting harshy; but it must be hard to do considering the amount of hate he gets daily.
