I don't think I started anything in those threads, I just don't accept it when people try to drag her for filth. And Shaki hasn't collaborated with those, she has been in the studio with them. We don't know if any songs will actually include any of those three. So I think you are the one judging, upon something you don't know yet.

People didn't catch on to Dance Again for a reason, A) working with the same person after you just had a worldwide hit screams desperation for a new hit, and B) It wasn't 2011 anymore, people were over that whole sound. But all the promo in form of mentions on Idol and what not, helped.

Why are you acting like Dance Again was a flop?

It was top 20 everywhere and top 10 for the most part. & again, it was only performed once

Shakira has been in the studio with them, dont think we need anymore confirmation, but let's wait and see. oh and what about collaborating with Rihanna, has it been confirmed yet?

J.Lo does promo left and right and peaks at #3 and #17, so how the damn is that US success? The #3 spot was because Pitbull, someone who has endless #1's, was on it, and that didn't help the second time around with Dance Again. I'm tired of these J.Lo stans that feel J.Lo is over 80% responsible for her semi-warm US success, when you just know they'd die for J.Lo to have Shakira's relevancy in the world with her limited amount of promo. How is J.Lo doing promo though? She's barely performed outside of AI, so I wouldn't say she's "doing promo left and right". I wouldn't say Shakira is more relevant than J.Lo, because J.Lo has her music, movies, fashion, etc. Musically, yes, Shakira is much bigger than her.

This! The lack of promo is actually what caused her lack of success for all her latest singles except for OTF and DA, I mean even OTF, her biggest hit ever, her comeback single, THE MOST SUCCESSFUL SONG WW OF 2011 had only 1 US performance and no other promo at all.

Pitbul was obviously not the reason behind OTF's success, lol in fact, people didn't like him at all, otherwise, DA would smash even better than OTF that had a better airplay start than OTF itself.

Anyway, it's a different subject and I don't even need to defend J.Lo, her force in music and every other field, and the fact that she even looks better than girls half her age and can do wonders in everthing without even trying hard and her ability to prove herself relevant even in the biggest music market after the age of 40 are exemplary proofs about what I m saying.

PS: We can all agree this thread is full of lies and all these comparaisons between stans are stupid and based on personal opinions only.
