Because Hot N Cold, E.T., and Firework had the most longevity.
Last week it sold 109,000 and the week before I think it was 78,000. That's 187k in just 2 weeks but we don't know how many copies were sold when CC was released, so it may be around 200k. And this week at least it sold 50% of what Carly did, I'm guessing that would be 150k or so. Getting everything together, 350,000 sounds like a reasonable number.
My prediction was wrong, WA sold 360,000 during the last 3 weeks. Katy always proving me wrong

Yea, it could happen, but It's a big stretch. There are a lot of songs that perform like Lights without becoming Just Dances/Rolling In The Deeps. It isn't like Lights was successful in other countries first.
Do you guys think they will end up releasing a remix of WA with a featured artist?......I hope they don't, but if they do, it better be someone relevant..........Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, or Taylor Swift are good options........
