Just a simple question, no disses, no shade, but in the coming years and the future ones, will Gaga overthrow Madonna and everybody else and be known as "The Queen of Pop"?

Madonna is cemented in history. You can't change that. Which is why Gaga said that she wanted to make a throne for herself, rather than usurp someone else's.

The decentralization of media since the 80s just precludes the ability for there to another pop star so totally dominant like MJ and Madonna were back then, IMO.

Like actual royals, titles get passed down. Madonna is the reigning Queen of Pop for as long as she lives, and even when she passes, she will be Queen, but there will be another, and another, etc.

Possibly, depends on how her career turns out from here on out.

I mean that's no doubt going to happen, just like Beyonce came and snatched Britney's wig early on in her career. It's a cycle no doubt, but we're talking about pop history not just quickies here and there like Adele (we'll see next era).
