The only person to rival this success at such a young age was MJ and even then, he wasn't fully recognised as The King of Pop until about his 30s. Bieber is 18.

That doesn't mean that Bieber can't make as much of an influence or impact music as much as MJ did. He's not near that level now (he might have the huge fan base but he's not on the level of iconic music) but like I said, he's 18. MJ took many more years than that to make an impact and Jackson Five launched his career. Justin's been alone from the ground up as a single artist, he's been dealing with pressure that MJ never dealt. Bieber is a bigger pop culture phenomenon than MJ was in his young years.

He's also doing a free show in NYC this Friday, and his tour will officially be 125 dates and reach 6 continents.
