When I bought 4 in HMV the guy at the cashier told me I had really good taste and he actually began singing countdown! But thats not awkward or weird...
Well, I used to love Raven. So much that I just loved The Cheetah Girls as well.
So when the second movie was about to come out later in the night, I got my mother to drive to Target to buy the album so I could listen to it before the film premiered. And, when I came to the register, the guy just giggled at me because there I was, a 12 years old boy buying a Cheetah Girls 2 soundtrack. My mother made it a lot worse when she scolded the guy at the register for giggling. After that, everybody was just staring at me, knowing that I got some Cheetah Girls 2 soundtrack with me so I just blushed really bad and ran out of the store. Never again. I'm only buying them digitally now unless it's something like Gaga.

The counter said "Wouldn't you prefer the Jay-Z CD over there? It's way more cool and manly!
I was like **** you and left the store, ordered the deluxe edition online.
I was buying 4 cds at FYE A couple of years ago... rarely ever shop there. ... cashier tried to pressure me into joining their club and I repeatedly said no... he said, "what's your problem, you don't like saving money?" And I said "well you just saved me money because I'm taking my business elsewhere." No means no... don't keep pressuring your customers, I don't care if you have a quota to fulfill
And the cashier was looking at me weirdly as she was taking off the plastic case of the CD. I then gave her a money and ran away. Nothing embarrassing really, but it kinda freaked me out.
When I asked for Dev's album the girl looked at me and sung In The Dark for about 10 seconds before spending 20minutes looking for it. She had to get another person to help her look for it and then she asked me if i wanted the song or the album. And then I was like
This totally awk hardcore Beyoncé stan kept hitting on me at Target when I was trying to buy 4. His phone went off while he was trying to get me to go out with him one night. His ringtone was Goodies by Ciara.
I went to go buy "Born This Way" before school on the day it came out... I looked everywhere & my brother, who hates Gaga, was ticked that he drove me all the way there for nothing. I now officilly HATE Wal-Mart... They didn't have it at 7:00 in the morning. I wanted them to go check in the back, but they said that the new releases were "not in stock yet".
When I finally got it, I was obsessed... GOOD TIMES!
F.Y.E does suck. I tried to buy Basic Instinct, asked the cashier if it was in stock. He called his supervisor to ask and she said "Oh, that...we never ordered it " i felt...so low. Ended up buying a discounted vinyl of My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy to not waste a trip.
When I bought Kesha's Animal + Cannibal CD last year. I payed for it and went home, and when I opened the case I realized the double case (that includes the 2 discs) was broken and the packaging was damaged. While the discs were fine, I HATE when the packaging has damages since it's uncomfortable having to put the case back together when you want to take out the second disc and all that. I went back to the store and it was a mess, I had to beg them to change the broken case without any additional cost until they finally said yes, and they had to look for another double case and it turned out that it was also broken and they had to keep on looking for more. I was there for almost 1 hour since they were not very happy and almost refused to keep on looking for a new case, but they eventually found one and changed the entire packaging except the discs and I went home to listen to the albums.
