Mileys always had a top 10 hit from her most recent eras, why would this be any different? The reason CTB flopped was because she as still doing Disney at the time, so people weren't happy seeing her acting like that. Now thats she's engaged, has had movies out, toned down her image and matured, CTB could smash. Plus the only reason WOMH didn't take off was because it wasn't even released in the US.. It could have been big in the US but it had absolutely no promotion at all...
