Beating Still is probably the most beautiful track of HOH. The beat goes hard, but the lyrics are so touching.

I hope she pulls a Nicki and releases "Beating Still", the song is worth it!

Wow, I'm so let down by this album She's gone down the same route as JLS, making an album full of crap. Only Alex has no excuse as she had plenty of time to do something better. Don't know who to blame though.

Not single material, but still enjoyable.

The chart is in and she's peaked at #18. Which means sales were abysmal.

Feel so gutted for her as for the most part, the album is great. There is a few below average tracks, but for the most part it is great.

It's not the fresher album of the last years, but still a solid record, full of potential hits, catchy lyrics and very well produced tracks.

Nothing in the commercial pop genre is fresh these days tbh, everything is dance(pop), her album is not worse than any offering by The Black Eyed Peas, Taio Cruz or Pitbull or whatever had the last years. Her label really should try to get a guest on the next single or some high profile remixes to boost sales, if radio ignores her, they need to try every other way to get them sales

Heartbreak on Hold is a masterpiece. Generic or not, I couldn't stop listening to it since it's release. I've played all the tracks a hundred times already. Devil In Me is my secret favorite.

I think "Tonight" could be a big hit in Europe. Hopefully its promoted outside of the UK.

All sales are abysmal now, and alex has had no airplay from the majors. I'm happy it was top 20. She needs to take this as a sign that the UK is NOT here for her. Gurl LEAVE.

I'm okay with Europe since the type of music she does would be appreciated (cause actually the rest of Europe CARES), not so sure about US. They're becoming selective too and unless you release something really generic but truly hot with a high level production they won't be there for you.
If she releases HOH in the US she should put "Devil In Me" and "Beating Still" as regular tracks as well as 2 other new tracks + remixes of the other ones with features and so on.

Her debut did have US hype. They let it die. Use Bad Boys, All Night Long, Broken Heels, Elephant and The best of HOH. Technically Alex shouldve seen sense and put Overcome out in the US in 2010. They are selective but if radio hammer her she'll be fine. People buy what they hear. Bad boys was perfect. R&b and pop fusion, it was different, and oddly enough 2012 is a mirror of 2010 musically.

I never would've thought Jessie would have a hit in the US that was NOT price tag, but there you go. Alex is great live and she needs to work TV to her advantage. Bad boys combined her vocals and choreo. As long as her mic is turned up, she's good

Yeah, she needs to TRY. Jessie did and it got her somewhere, as did Ellie Goulding. It'll get UK people talking about her. People still think Leona is relevant in the US.
