If you could, just zap out the repeat of the verse (Keep it in the beginning), then do the chorus three times in a row (like, another chorus, including breakdown) instead of the second verse.
About the breakdown, could you do a pattern like,
First chorus, do the breakdown it's original length. Second breakdown, do it double, then third breakdown, do it three times (with the third repeat of the breakdown fading out)?
