You guys just need to understand what Gaga preaches, first. Gaga used the word retarded, and a word like that doesn't slip out if you've never used it before. It was very obvious she was one of the millions of young adults who use that word, and she has probably said it multiple times.
She doesn't care if you jokingly call somebody retarded.
She cares if you seek out people and insult them with an intent to intimidate. Few Monsters do that. Therefore, few monsters go against the beliefs of Gaga. Problem solved.

I never said never. 
I said that I myself, personally, have never seen an ATRL monster be mean. I later clarified and said that, yes, on one occasion I have.
I have continuously admitted that some Little Monsters are bullies. But most of them aren't and most of them don't go against what Gaga says. The Little Monsters who jokingly make fun of Madonna's age aren't bullies and they aren't hateful. They're just having a little fun. Even Gaga does it, damn.
