True, but now you say that you would think that a crowd that looks dominated by white people that they would be more open to dancers/ideas like this. Not trying to be racist but I think its pretty much a known fact that ethnic minority groups are more closed off to things like this ( homosexuality/ feminine dudes,etc.)

Azealia is definitely try to bring back Hip-house. She's definitely mix Hip Hop and House.

Simply rapping doesn't make your music hip hop influenced. You should be able to tell the genre of a song through its instrumental, and Azealia's instrumentals are straight house/dance. There's no fusion. There are songs from the 80s/90s that actually fused hip hop and house/dance that the Urban community actually used. If Azealia served instrumentals like this:

, I doubt she would have gotten all those boos. The difference between those two are like the difference between Super Bass's instrumental and Starships'. That's exactly why the boos started coming when her really house songs started coming in (1991, 212). The urban community is here for other genres, as long as the hip hop influence in the beats is obvious.

She just needs to get known, first. She's completely unknown to 98% of people.

And if you notice, most of the people booing were females. You guys are talking about urban guys, but girls are the toughest critics when it comes to female artist. I remember my good Judy booing the **** out of Destiny's Child when they first premiered at a concert here and now, years later, she's the biggest Beyonce stan I know. And no shade, but there's a good chance they were just Nicki stans anyways.

Eh, not really in 2012. I think that's a popular misconception because it started with black and hispanic people and the only relevant voice in the Urban community that is white is Eminem. In the town that I live the population in like 80% white and everyone I know listens to hip-hop over anything else.

*By the phrase I high-lighted I'm assuming you mean that the people who listen to Urban music the most are hispanic or black.

Yes. Most straight white males are rap fans in the New York/New Jersey area. Hardly any of them are "ROCK" anymore seeing as Rock Music has kind of fallen off with this new generation.
