If I'm not mistaken, usually, password leaks are primarily designed to match the stolen pws with passwords from other services, hence why it's usually recommended not to use the same password, especially for bank accounts, credit cards, and what have you.
However, it's also important to remember that Last.fm offers a subscription service, though I'm not sure if they would also require the PayPal account password or not to really gain some traction.

I have an account, but it's on a completely separate email that's really only connected to my Steam account, and if you really wanna steal my Left 4 Dead 2, then that's fine I guess.
