I went to Wal-Mart to buy PF:RR and my female cousin was with me and when I got to the checkout the guy asked
Oh your girlfriends a Nicki Minaj fan? and I said no thats my cousin and this is for me.. Then he looked at me like and I just left. I'm still embarassed.

Too gay for him I guess.

This is really stupid, but when I was like 14 I was going to buy 4 CDs, and Fall Out Boys was one of them and it was on the bottom. The guy at the checkout counter looked at the 3 other ones first and commented on what a good choice they were, and I was feeling all cool, then he gets to the FOB CD and stops dead in his tracks, looks up at me with this disgusted look on his face, then rings it up while shaking his head in horror/silence. I felt so embarrassed I ran out of there as fast as I could.

I bought "Femme Fatale" in my basketball uniform.

4th grade, bought a Lil Kim album, a Game Album, College Dropout by Kanye and like Korn or something.

The cashier kept making jokes to me and my mom about working at chippendales since I was paying in mostly 1s from a yard sale I had, and laughed his ass off at the Lil Kim album.

Never again.

I used to print off signs that said "Buy Primadonna on iTunes!" and pin them around BestBuy/HMV and people saw but they didn't care to do anything but they always thought I was crazy. Then when I went and bought TDCC the guy at the cash register was trying to ask me why I did it and who Marina was, so I ended up talking to him for like 1/2 hour and people behind me were getting pissed off and some lady bitched at me, I was embarrassed so I grabbed my stuff and left.

Wow at some of your stories. I never knew cashiers could be so rude and judgemental. Aren't they suppose to be nice and say "good choice" to encourage you to come back and spend more? It makes me glad that I don't buy physical CDs.

I have a similar story. I was buying 4 Deluxe from Target and the cashier looked at me and then glared at my mom and then the CD and then back at my mom. She was basically trying to out me right then and there.

I once bought The Cheetah Girls 2 Soundtrack. Did not end well.
