It's true though. MTN didn't exist on radio, so we're approaching almost a year without a proper Gaga single (but even then, Y&I wasn't PF/JD/BR Gaga that they're here for.)
It's amusing that people are still sick of Gaga, but don't feel that way about Rihanna. You'd think they would, given her release schedule too.
The impression I get is that people started getting sick of Gaga when she turned into the artist they didn't want anymore (Alejandro video onward). If she would create another pop culture moment like Bad Romance or Poker Face, the reaction might be different.
I live in the UK though, so i'm not sure whether she's still overexposed in the US? I think people may just be sick of the 'BTW Lady Gaga,' because that's the image she's planted in people's minds of her being serious and annoying...maybe if she comes back as 'fun' again, people will like her again.
