I have no freaking idea. We were playing rounders (idk if it's called that in english, it's like baseball but much easier.. we call it brännboll which would be burn ball........) and if you catch the ball with one hand you get 15 points and we needed 15 points to win so I jumped after it.. And stretched my thigh. I caught the ball by the way, so..... We didn't win tho.. I'm not surprised, I wonder if there's a muscle that I haven't stretched..
