In April 2012, fast-rising rapstress Azealia Banks announced that she was signing with manager Troy Carter, who also handles Lady Gaga. But after just two months, the two have parted ways.

"I can confirm that I ended the business relationship with Azealia last month on very amicable terms," Carter told Billboard.biz. "She's incredibly talented and I wish her nothing short of an amazing career."

Earlier today, the New York Daily News reported that she has left Carter and joined forces with Coldplay manager Dave Holmes -- with an anonymous source claiming that the two are also involved romantically -- but Billboard.biz has learned that Banks is currently without management and is seeking new representation; a source said Holmes is not one of the candidates.

Banks is also into women, although it’s unclear whether she has an age preference there. In February she told the N.Y. Times she was bisexual, though she noted, “I’m not trying to be, like, the bisexual lesbian rapper.
