While Lady Gaga has a stronger and more solid fanbase, she has huge amount of haters as well, she's mostly hated or loved by the public unlike Rihanna that altho she doesn't have a fanbase as strong as Gaga's, she's universally liked by the general public and doesn't have that much haters, I even have straight friends on Facebook that "like" Rihanna, I would never catch one "liking" Gaga, it makes all the sense.
