"Thriller" is only a great video. The song is one of the weakest from that album.
"Like a Prayer" is a good video and, more importantly, an incredible song. It's one of the best songs in Madonna's catalog.
Therefore, I vote for "Like a Prayer".

Like A Prayer is one of my favorite song of all time.
