It's hard to say because CMM is more recent, and it's hard to tell how much of the impact will last with time, or if it will wear off/be forgotten.

Call Me Maybe is just a meme.

It's a bit of an unfair comparison cause Single Ladies was a US single and Call Me Maybe a worldwide hit. Obviously if something is global, it has greater impact. But if we're only considering the US then it would be Single Ladies.
