THAT'S NOT SHAKIRA.
That's like an exaggerated version of Shakira's voice, obviously from someone trying to imitate her.

Those verses sound A LOT like Shakira. I would not be surprised if this is her. I prefer her singing in Spanish actually.

It's probably this guy...... lol
The voice is too strangulated throughout to be Shakira's. She has a strong vibrato, but it's not that overwhelming as it is in this "demo".
