I caught it when the first post was done but I kept the **** cute because I didn't want to go there.

if I would've written "are", the Selena stans would jump at me and when I would've written "were" the Hilary stans would.. I couldn't win either way

I didn't see it as shade since Hilary hasn't done something mainstream, in order to be successful, in quite some time, with the exception of her books. She is still a pap staple, but that doesn't necessarily equal success.

But it's not like she's the only one that applies to.
