Just because Wikipedia can be edited doesn't mean EVERYTHING is wrong. Stop that 2003 set of thinking. And Chart News is just another person like us. They can be incorrect.

Billboard was referring to the R&B/Hip Hop chart, not the rap chart.
Chart News messed up with adding the rap top 10's, because Missy has 17 adding both R&B/Hip hop top 10's and Rap top 10s.

Billboard doesn't count some of her features.
For example, they don't count her feature on Cold Rock a Party. They only list it as a MC Lyte solo single:
