Yes, it's annoying especially when they ask you to come back for a second or third interview. Just tell me if I'm hired or not. Job interviews is kinda like meeting new people. It's the same scenario. They ask questions about you and it's like you are 'auditioning' to be their friend.

YES. I'm always wondering in my head whether I should be myself, or get the job. I am always afraid of them asking how I do with people, and then me (without thinking) saying that I hate people. idk why.

It depends on the job you are aiming for.

To get my internship in a big law practice I had 3 rounds of interview:
- the personnality interview is always easy since I can hold a conversation and I'm outgoing, witty and handsome
- the technical interview is always tricky cause the scope of the job can be pretty large and you have to be damn accurate at the same time, so you have to learn the job in books and stuff and this can be hard.

But my advice is to come prepared, anticipate the questions and it should give you confidence. Try to look ****able too. At least this is how I do and I ace them when I execute the plan I just broke down.

Most of my interviews have been straight to the point and don't last very long. I've never come across an interviewer with a bad attitude shockingly. I do wonder if I said the right thing or what the interviewer is thinking after I answered a particular question. It can be nerve-wrecking at times, but just be yourself and answer the questions to the best of your ability.

They are. I had a group interview for a job at a casino last year. It felt so weird getting up in front of all those strangers, and we had to play a dumb game.

Yh, sometimes but you just need to breathe in and breathe out, calm yourself and you'll be fine, the worst thing thing you can do is get nervous because they can notice it.

I've only been to one interview and it was a group interview and I was even more nervous since people were there listening to my answers/competing for the same job

I'm always nervous the day of the interview, but once I actually get there I'm good. Mostly the questions have really obvious answers and you can tell what the "expected answer" is.

Oh, and they always ask you "What is your greatest weakness?" so make sure you answer something that can be considered both a weakness AND a strength. Like: "I take more time to do my job because I always make sure I do it thorougly and exceptionally!"

Oh my god,I had a group interview at a certain fast food chicken restaurant and I was a MESS.I was too nervous and uncomfy.I HATED all 20 minutes of that **** tbh.
