The general sound is the important part. Even if the track isn't the best and doesn't make the album, it'll give us a better idea of what the record will be like as a whole.

Lol no. They just started recording vocals for the first track rn, expect the recording process to take quite some more time. Why do you think he's saying "a really really short snippet"? And also "way later"?

I predict a 5 second snippet coming at end of July, 15 second teaser in October. Single release in June 2013. The album will be finished September the same year, and after Ke$ha took a pause of about half a year to recover from recording followed by the second single and another couple of months of promotion, the album is going to be released just before December 2014.
