"We Found Love" was strong in sales for about a month and a half before it depended solely on radio for the No. 1 spot. Sales weren't really the pits either, they were the norm.
"Rude Boy" never topped the Hot Digital Songs chart and still hasn't passed 3 million copies two years later, while "WFL" easily hit 4 million copies. Which in itself shows how well it was selling during that period.
So I think Nicki will never get it unless this is the case because her sales are modest weekly usually and she gets high peaks because her A.I. gets hefty.
If an urban track hit #1 every1 would flip their heads
