Hell, I even wanna make a crazy guess that we'll see proof of that in the next couple of episodes.
I didn't like Tarrlok from the second I saw him. And I agree Amon's more of a civil rights leader who may be taking his actions too far but Tarrlok's causing way more harm than him.
Tarlok has ALWAYS been suspicious. From day ONE. He's every stereotype associated with "bad" characters, down to the ominous music that always plays in the background when he's involved.
AAAHHH, why does every episode keep slaying me like that.
The end was so epic, with the bloodbending, that 3 ponytailed bitch is more powerful than queen Katara.

Yakone definitely has connection to Tarrlok. They both have the "popped up Northern Water Tribe collar" so they were at least both Northern Water Tribe council members.
I had seen that analysis and a lot of it makes a lot of sense. However, I really feel like Tarrlok has some ties with Amon. There's no way that he's done all of this stuff that leads to some sort of quarrel just to stop Equalists. I don't think so at least.

Well the analysis says the thought of someone losing their bending disgusts Tarrlok. Other than that I don't see what other tie he would have with Amon. To me he's just a power hungry douche that dislikes non-benders. The complete opposite of Anon.
If you think about it, the title of the episode is "When Extremes Meet". Anon is one extreme while Tarrlok is the other.
Yeah, I guess that's true. Doesn't really make much sense for him to side with the Equalists. I was just skeptical because it always seemed like everything he did set up an Equalist victory, but it makes sense that Tarrlok is completely against them.
It actually amazes me how perfect this episode was tho. Holy ****. I loved the part where the police are rounding up all the civilians and Korra tries to stop them. I was so sure she was gonna go into the Avatar State right then are there.

The worst part is there's only 4 episodes left
I bet you the last episode of the season is going to end when Korra goes into the avatar state for the first time.
I loved this episode. and honestly, I don't think Tarrlok is somehow related to Amon, he looked rather angry and Korra said he's just as bad. I don't know though.
I can't wait for next episode, Do they not air a preview for next week? and for a moment i thought Korra would air bend in her fight with Tarrlok
