Will Nicki Minaj ever get a solo US #1?
She peaked at #3 with Super Bass, and has gotten to #5 with Starships (so far).
Do you think she'll ever be capable of getting to that #1 as a solo artist, and not through a feature/collab?
Are the public still here for Nicki in a big enough way to send her to the top of the Hot 100?
Or has her time to smash the charts been and gone?

No. Don't judge me, but IMO Nicki Minaj career is almost over (except she plays the right cards with "Pound The Alarm" since the twitter mess and the release of 5 SINGLES before the album.

I believe she can do it. If she can peak within the top 5 solo, there's no reason to doubt she couldn't get at least 1 #1.

Every time I see that gif on ATRL I laugh so hard.
But I believe that Pound The Alarm, and Whip It are great songs.

Superbass wasn't #1? :O im shocked.
Starships is good but not #1 material.
I think she will if she did a decent video/good few live performances and promo'd it well. She's doing good for how "new" she is onto the scene.

LOL. If Turn Me On, Superbass and Starships didn't go #1 on BB100 what make you so certain those songs will??
