His wife used to be a smoker and all and she ended up having a minor cancer scare. So he not a huge fan of smoking and ****. Anyways he used to jokingly pick on the smokers in our class, all in good fun of course.
Yesterday one of the smokers in our class, told the whole class that she went to the doctors. To get help for her smoking habits and she is going to quit.
She mentioned that the it small part due some what to the teacher picking on smokers, She said she wanted to quit becase she is young and all and the teacher helped her get over that hump.

Okay so why would the teacher be out of line if he made a student get help to quit smoking? That is a good thing from what I was told growing up. Wait! Are you saying I was lied throughout my whole life. Smoking is a good thing...Oh my!
It is not a bad thing he did it. Just some people think that a teacher should stick to the syllbus. Thus never having his own beleifs on certian topics . Not that i am one of them just saying
