She's clearly just making fun of the ENTIRE situation. She had been accused of ripping off "Respect Yourself" and swept it under the rug by running in circles responding to the accusations. The same way Gaga avoided accusations of ripping off "Express Yourself", claiming she was inspired by Whitney Houston, getting e-mails, etc. There's no shade in it.
That cheerleading choreo was cool, but then she had to ruin it and look like a fool doing the awful BTW choreo 
well I guess that made it all funnier
