Nah. Evanescence's last record, and all of Paramore's albums don't have faces.
Justin Timberlake, Justin Bieber, Jason Derulo, Usher, Pitbull, and LMFAO's albums have faces on them.

Female Pop Artists most of the times need to have their face on the covers as a marketing technique.
