Yes they do, and you cannot proove that they don't. (Unless you were to do an investigation.) Now if we're talking the really BIGGER bands such as the All American Rejects or Avenged Sevenfold, yeah I would probably say they don't. (And it's usually being ran by one of their managers/assistants/crew members/associates) Myspace has become easy PR for bands across the United States+ certain parts of the globe, and they take advantage of the site which has millions of visitors per day.

Everytime I see a band's myspace it says that the band doesn't run it and I'm sure they don't run their own either. Their manager does or something so if anyone came here, it was a manager

Nope, and it's not like that for every band.
In Lillix's case Lacey Lee responded, which I, at the time, was just as skeptical as you are being now, but then she replied through Myspace.
