It's pretty obvious that the single is probably coming in July or August... I don't think she'd take over a month for a tour break for any other reason.

The only month-long (or longer) break for the Monster Ball was over the 2010 December/ 2011 January holiday season, which she spent with her family, and into February for the release of "Born This Way".

Gaga lost the most ground in Europe than other countries. I think if anything, Interscope is wanting to use that month to promote the lead single in Europe and let the massive fanbase in the US carry the single (which would lead me to believe that they are extremely confident in the lead single). They might try to release the video with the single like they did with You and I for the US + give all the promo to Europe.

Then she can tour the European leg.

I think there are a lot of people in your shoes, tbh. This is the pinnacle of her career imo.
