This "masculine/feminine" **** is embarrassing...What is with the gay community's OBSESSION with those words... It's cringe-worthy really. Just because I'm gay, I shouldn't have to constantly remind people that I'm "masculine"... I identify as a male and I have a feminine taste in music for the most part, but I'm still a guy and I don't act like a woman...

This is me, basically... I'm generally pretty masculine but when I'm around a lot of my gay friends, I use ATRL-lingo in real life and I gesture a lot more

And to the people objecting to the idea of the thread... I don't get it... We shouldn't be stigmatizing feminine gays. They annoy you? Don't hang out with them; don't tell them they shouldn't be like that.

As a product of living in a very homophobic society where men are shunned if they don't act in a very macho, masculine way, I act masculine. But once I get drunk and am with other gays or gay-accepting people, I become a lot more flamboyant. I also act very masculine and tough in bed.
