-	dave holmes promoted mtv's new show "sink or swim" which airs right after trl.
-	paul walker and vin disel stoped by to the show. they were from the new movie "the fast and the furious." they talked about the movie and did a 15 second human trailer. after, they raced for a bonus video using remote control cars. paul represented "nookie" and vin represented "forgot about dre." paul reached to the finish line first, so that became the classic video of the day.
-	carson promoted "tough enough," a new show on mtv which airs at 10 pm tonight which shows the creation of the next wwf superstar. so, they showed the alien ant farm video "smooth criminal" as a bonus video because it featured footage from the show.
-	sum 41 will be performing on trl on july 6th in key west and willa ford will be performing on july 4th.

-	john norris - nelly has just came out with a new free interactive game at his website (nelly.net). also, nelly will be on the trl tour, so he responds to mtv about it. he will be the only male performer on the tour.
