I'm sure many of our parents has shown dislike/hate for artist and their music. Which Artist do your parents dislike and why?

For me~

Mom < She dislikes Madonna and was never into her music. She calls her a demon and says she saw Madonna drink blood(IDK). She doesn't like Beyoncé nor Rihanna but she likes Beyoncé's Album and she likes "Stay" from Rihanna.

Dad< he dislikes Chris Brown and JB

Dad - Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood, The Pretty Reckless, Miranda Lambert.

My Mum loves all the artists I love except for Beyonce, she won't even let me play her within earshot, she says she is the fakest, most self-involved popstar who fully buys into her own hype.

I don't really get it.

Beyonce Knowles - He doesn't think that she's a good singer. In his opinion, she's nothing more than an entertainer.

Nicki Minaj - I remember watching the 2010 BET Awards with him, and when she performed "My Chick Bad", he called her talentless.

Jennifer Lopez - He thinks she's a terrible singer, but loved her as a Fly Girl on In Living Color.

Beyonce Knowles - She despises most of Beyonce's songs. She absolutely despises "Love on Top".

Taylor Swift - She doesn't like her music at all. Her songs are played often at the store we work at, and she hates it. I don't mind her music though.

Kanye West - They think he is crazy

Beyonce - My family used to be big fans of hers but they say they're tired of seeing her. They feel she is over exposed.

Taylor Swift - Think she is overrated as a country singer.

Justin Bieber - They hate him more for all the news coverage he get then his music.

Britney, Katy, and MIley. They think if you can't sing you shouldn't be a singer, and they get disgusted when they see those girls instead of actual singers.
