Even the most talented pop stars (including P!nk) do not deserve the money they are making. The same applies to all kinds of celebs (movie stars, athletes, not to say anything about talentless celebs).
They are making millions, while scientists, teachers, doctors, and representatives of other, much more valuable professions, make a small fraction of their income.
I'm just venting. Sorry lol.
My presence on this board indicates that I also contribute to the popularity (hence, higher income) of these celebs, but I do think their income levels are highly unfair.
I agree with you. When Beyonce got paid 50 million dollars just to be the face of a beverage she probably doesn't even drink
10 thousand would change my life and she gets 50 million from a soda company
I used to think so as well until I remembered they EARN their money based on what we the FANS buy from them. It's not like money is just handed to them, we go see them on tour and we pay for the tickets. We buy the albums, the songs, and the merchandise and not everyone makes what major pop stars make. Only about 5 of them a generation make really big money.

THIS tbh.
They only get what we pay them. And we are willing to pay, so it's like we are their employers
Well yes, but you cant really blame them for that. You'd have to blame the society that lets it happen. (I think that one of the biggest injustices in America is teachers' wages.)
