In the past year she started teasing her fans about new music. Then rumors started spreading that she would start her new era with the Superbowl performance and her new single would be featured in that Pepsi commercial. But she released nothing after the slamming she got after releasing those "promo" songs. It feels to me that she's too scared to release a new single because the feedback she keeps on getting is either not satisfying or disappointing. So do you think that she's scared to release a single and ends up being WRTW 2.0 in terms of success, same goes for the album.

What slamming? Besides BD/IBO, what songs were slammed? shut up.

Key word: rumors. So again, shut up. I'm pretty sure the era is not that far. Apparently, she told a fan that the album is coming in November a few months ago and it looks like that's what will happen. Bey is NEVER scared. She's been filming videos back to back for the past couple of weeks. Clearly things will kick off soon
I don't think she's scared. I think it's all has to do with timing. Her plans for a 1st quarter release didn't work out and she had already planned a tour and I don't think she wanted to release the album and not be able to promote it properly.
The rumours started way long ago, but she never confirmed them, actually she never said a thing (that's why I am pressed). She just recorded some music, released Rise Up & went to a tour. And People assumed BowDown/I Been On, Grown Woman & Standing On The Sun were singles.
She's been shooting music videos for the past 2 weeks, meaning the album is done.
The album is supposed to come out in November according to a reporter who asked her at her concert so, if true, the single will most likely drop late September/Early October.
