Rules:

In the opening stage, you can nominate up to ten albums you think are the best of the last cycle (July 30, 2005 to July 30, 2006). Those that sucessfully gain 1/3 of the total lists submitted then are on to the Shortlist Ten.

If there are more than ten that meet this, those with the least votes will have a vote off.

In the Shortlist, you'll rank the top 5 from the Finalists. Top point getter (12 points for 1st, 10 for second, 7 for 3rd, 4 for 4th and 1 for 5th) wins the prize.

Now, ONLY LEGIT ALBUMS ARE ALLOWED. No compolations or Greatest Hits allowed. Soundtracks are legal ONLY if all the material therein is new and original.
