I would have originally said Taylor, but the tables are turning. The media thrive over her forever changing love-life, which is ultimately very questionable. Thus, my vote goes to Katy Perry.

They're definitely #1 and #2 with Taylor edging out in front, but recently it seems like her image is being heavily tainted so I dunno. :/
