Is "One and Only" Mariah's 5th single off of 'The Emancipation of Mimi?' I've heard it on the radio a few times recently and I was just wondering if there was any confirmation. I really like it

Mariah has said that its between say something and stay the night, it seems that Def Jam really wants say something to be a single but mariah seems to be not a big fan of the song as a single

Mariah basically hates Say Somethin but she had to put it on the album because she spent money on the Neptunes. She can't say it outright but she does NOT like how it came out.
At this point, I don't want another Mimi single. ILT was garbage IMO, WBT was good but got old quick, SIO was a disaster waiting to happen, and DFAU was the ONE song I liked.
IF she does release another single, then Mine Again or Fly Like A Bird need to be released.
Still wanting "Stay The Night." If it flops, then at least Mariah finally got to sing the song she wanted!
I dont think it will flop, i think it can be a HUGE record for mariah musically, i think general people dont expect a track like stay the night at this moment

It'll be her 18th No.1. If that happens, she should release "Get Your Number" here in the states as the 6th single and just release the original video directed by jake Nava, which is the best video to come out of TEOM.
Any like Nick said, Mariah dislikes "Say Somethin", despite my love for it. So that won't be a single.
EDIT: She needs an international hit. I'm not exactly sure if "Stay The Night" would be the single to release outside of North America. I think she should re-release TEOM outside of the US, attaching to it the Morales Edit/Remix of "Say Somethin". I think a dance track like this would be huge for her in Europe. Someone brought this idea up at ATRL once but it was ignored so here you are again lol.
Bitch needs to release "Say Something". "Stay the Night" is not a Top 10 hit like "Say Something" is. I think "Say Something" could be her next #1 hit.
