This list is a mess.
No Maxwell.
"Can We Talk" is absent.
No Guy.
No Jon B.
They chose "Twisted" over "Nobody".
"Fantasy" isn't R&B
"I Will Always Love You" is questionable.
“Come And Talk To Me” over "Forever My Lady"
"One Sweet Day" @ #2
Mess. Mess. Mess.

I'd say it's the other way around. And R&B/soul/Hip-Hop song that samples an 80s New Wave/Dance song.

"Fantasy" was #1 on the R&B charts, so it qualifies for this list.
I just noticed that "Creep" is missing, but they couldn't have put all of those TLC songs on that list.
Xscape should have made it for "Just Kickin' It." En Vogue's "Don't Let Go (Love)" is missing.

Wait. I actually agree with you. They will not do En Vogue dirty like that.

Been around the world and eye eye I. I can't find my baby!
That girl is poisoooooooooooooooooooooooooon.
Those are the only songs I know on this list besides the quintessential Mariah, Whitney, Brandy Monica, and Aaliyah songs.

What's wrong with #1? "Poison" is a classic.
